Stephanie sat on the edge of the hospital bed, holding Mrs Carters hand. The tears welled up in Stephanie’s eyes, having never seen or had anyone die that she was close to. A nurse comforted her as she walked out of the ward, and another tear fell down her cheek. It had just occurred to her that Mrs Carter had no one to mourn her passing, and she felt that that was a very sad thing.
On her way out, one of the Doctors’s spotted her, and hot cartoon girls her before leaving.
